What is toast?

The toast bread is, next to the ciabatta and sandwich rolls, the most common bread to prepare a good, toasted sandwich. This is fine-pored and box-shaped cut white bread, which is bordered with a thin crust. The ingredients are wheat flour, milk, milk powder, water, sugar, fat, table salt and yeast. Other variants are made from sourdough.
